MENTAL HEALTH SPEAKER & WRITER

You found me!

I’m passionate about raising awareness of eating disorders and, above all, sharing the message that freedom is possible. An eating disorder does not have to be something you live with for the rest of your life.

My message is simple: recovery is possible, life can look and feel different, and there is hope beyond the struggle. I want people to know that they are not destined to remain trapped in the thoughts, fears and behaviours that can make an eating disorder feel impossible to escape from.

Having been diagnosed as neurodivergent in adulthood, I also have a personal understanding of the intersection between neurodivergence and eating disorders, and the unique challenges this can bring. This is an area particularly close to my heart, and I’m committed to increasing understanding, challenging misconceptions and ensuring that these experiences are recognised and heard.

Alongside my work in eating disorders, I deliver engaging, accessible talks and workshops on a range of mental health and wellbeing topics, including stress & anxiety, self-esteem & body image, depression, and more.

Every talk and workshop is tailored to the needs of the audience with the aim of raising awareness, encouraging understanding and, crucially, leaving people with hope.
